BARBARA TIFFANY
   New & Traditional Realism

   RÉSUMÉ

Barbara Tiffany was raised in Sanford, Florida. During a successful career in graphic design, she began making colored-pencil drawings, exhibiting in a number of Central Florida art shows. As she progressed into  fine art, she studied painting with Maury Hurt (perhaps Central Florida’s most revered painter), and also attended regional workshops with Gregg Kreutz, who teaches at the Art Students League in NYC. She is an “Artist-in-Action” at the Maitland Art Center,  maintaining a studio there since 1987, as well as teaching classes for 11 years. She has followed a full-time fine art career since 1982.
